State Reporting – Indiana State Depreciation Rules

State Reporting - Indiana wMany states calculate depreciation based on the federal regulations. Indiana is one of those states and includes the following tax code procedures:

  • Follows IRS regulations WITHOUT bonus depreciation
  • Section 179 limits different from Federal amounts
  • No tax form required
  • No AMT
